The average /k/ poster on 4chan is likely less internet-savvy than some, and is more likely to believe that we still have freedoms such as freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of assembly. They see little harm in allowing a corpus of their posts to be assembled against them for later use. Perhaps also they live in particular state jurisdictions where they percieve they are less likely to be effectively Red Flagged for wrongthink.
